loving the watch so much
Ninjavan pretended to attempt delivery but never tried. Three time they sent emails of "unsuccessful delivery" but never once our intercom, which is linked to our mobilephones, rang unanswered in the past days and people were always home. I have been communicating with Ninjavan for days, but besides empty apologies they were not able to assist. At least the refund process was smooth, but very disappointed with the delivery which never happened. Bought it on Challenger, price was actually $10 cheaper with a voucher and Singpost delivered in two days without drama. The watch is great.
Comfortable. Better than wearing the forerunner to track sleep. Only a day in so not yet sure how much is additive to heath data than wearing the forerunner, hoeevr allows me to wear a 'proper' watch whisky still tracking recovery and activity thru the day

Bought as a gift for my husband and he's loving his new watch
imbalance design between watch and strap. watch is too heavy, it keeps drooping to one side. the walk function sometimes doesn't work, the strap have to be very tight on the wrist which i dislike.

Product is probably broken. It works only sometimes and when it works the weight varies 2-4kg from one measurement to the other without me moving the scale even a inch.
